Personal Information You Disclose to Us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, including:

• Google Sign-In Information: If you choose to log in using Google, we collect your basic profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture to create and manage your account and display you on the global leaderboard.
• Gameplay Data: We collect your in-game progress, XP, level, and scores to provide the competitive leaderboard functionality and save your progress across devices.

Information Automatically Collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our App, and other technical information.

We use the following third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase: We use Firebase Analytics to understand how our users engage with our app so we can improve the experience.
• Firebase Crashlytics: To track crashes and errors to improve app stability.
• AdMob (Google Mobile Ads): We use AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers, cookies, and similar technologies to provide personalized ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process (via Google Sign-In or Anonymous Auth).
• To manage user accounts and provide the global leaderboard.
• To deliver targeted advertising to you. We may use your information to develop and display personalized content and advertising (and work with third parties like AdMob who do so) tailored to your interests and/or location.
• To improve our Application. To analyze usage data, fix bugs, and optimize the game experience.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share information with the following third parties:

• Google, LLC: Through Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics) and AdMob.

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit or use the App. These companies may use information about your visits to our App and other websites that are contained in web cookies or other tracking technologies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

• AdMob: Google's advertising requirements can be summed up by Google's Advertising Principles. They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures (utilizing Firebase's secure infrastructure) designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 or that you are parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App.
